    Applied Technical Documentation

    Overview:

XA-SIC® DP-N1 is suitable for disperse dye printing.

XA-SIC® DP-N1 has high intrinsic viscosity, is easy to handle, readily soluble in water, and exhibits excellent flowability.

XA-SIC® DP-N1 exhibits excellent chemical compatibility and ensures stable slurry performance. When combined with acrylic-based thickeners for pulp preparation, it enables the printing of deep, vibrant colors while delivering outstanding clarity and a pleasant tactile feel.

    Instructions for Use and Dosage

The dosage of XA-SIC® DP-N1 depends on the type, specifications, and pre-treatment method of the fabric to be printed.

Under normal circumstances, the recommended dosage of XA-SIC® DP-N1 when formulating color pastes is 20–30 g/L.

When used in combination with acrylic thickeners, it helps reduce pulp production costs.
