    Overview:

    1. XA-SIC® DIG DP-ST is designed for high-temperature direct-injection digital printing on synthetic fibers.

    2. XA-SIC® DIG DP-ST has low viscosity, making it easy to pump and handle, and highly soluble in water. The resulting working slurry exhibits low viscosity and excellent flowability, making it ideal for low-viscosity pre-treatment methods such as padding, spraying, or roller coating applications.

    3. Printed fabrics treated with XA-SIC® DIG DP-ST sizing produce deep, vibrant colors while maintaining excellent clarity and a pleasant hand feel.

     

    Instructions for Use and Dosage

    The dosage of XA-SIC® DIG DP-ST depends on the fabric material, specifications, pre-treatment method, ink type, and the type of digital printing equipment being used.

    Typically, the recommended dosage for XA-SIC® DIG DP-ST is 20–30 g/L.

    You can also choose to use the penetrant XA-SIC®AM S60 together, enhancing the penetration effect during printing.

     

    Recommended process:

    20–25 g/L XA-SIC® DIG DP-ST

    10–20 g/L XA-SIC®AM S60 (optional—may be omitted)

     

    Application scenarios:

    - When using XA-SIC® DIG DP-ST for pulp making, the stirring speed must not be too high.

    - Add the required amount of water

    - Add XA-SIC® DIG DP-ST while stirring, and slowly mix until fully swollen.

    - Add XA-SIC®AM S60 penetrant and stir slowly (optional—penetration is not required if not specified).

    - Add a defoamer or foam inhibitor if needed.

    - Stir until a uniform working paste is formed

     

    Storage Stability

    Available for 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a dry, UV-protected environment—check for clumping before use.
