General physical and chemical properties:
Chemical composition: Chemically modified guar gum + other natural plant gums. Ionic nature: Anionic, Non-ionic Supply Form Yellow powdery substance 2.5% Viscosity (20°C) Approximately 35,000–40,000 mPa·s pH value (2.5% concentration) Approximately 6.5–7.5 Solubility: Stirring dissolves easily in water, quickly forming a paste. I. Overview of XA-SIC® ACI PP-05:
1. This product is primarily made by chemically modifying extracts from the endosperm of guar gum plant seeds, combined with tamarind gum and other vegetable gums.
2. Suitable for acid printing on fabrics such as nylon and silk
3. Suitable for direct printing and discharge/bleach-resistant printing on nylon fabrics.
4. The paste forms quickly and easily, with stable viscosity of the original paste;
5. Forms a clearer film, achieves higher color yield, and produces more vibrant coloring;
6. Pseudoplastic rheological properties provide the product with excellent water-holding capacity, resulting in clearer printing contours;
7. The printing paste is soft and highly elastic, ensuring precise printing results without any breakage or splashing—even under high-temperature conditions.
8. Exhibits stable viscosity and excellent shear resistance;
9. Excellent compatibility—compatible with all printing thickeners and auxiliaries except for crystal glue and gum arabic.II. Usage and Dosage
XA-SIC® ACI PP-05 is used for acid or disperse dye printing.
Suitable for rotary, cylinder, flat-screen, and hand-stamping processes.
Recommended original paste recipe:
XA-SIC® ACI PP-05 2.5 kg + 97.5 kg of water + acid = 100 kg of synthetic paste.
Slowly add the paste material into water stirred at low speed, then increase the stirring speed while simultaneously adding acid to adjust the pH to around 4, forming a paste. After letting it sit for 4 hours, it’s ready for use.
Important note: If the ambient temperature is high, 0.3% to 0.5% of preservative can be added to the original paste.
Storage Stability

From the date of manufacture, it can be stored for 12 months under dry and shade conditions. Before use, check whether it has clumped together.
Safety Precautions
Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse for long-term preservation. Once opened, tightly seal the bag to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
