    Application Technical Documentation:

    I. Overview of XA-SIC® PER P-T/C:

    1. This product is primarily formulated by chemically modifying extracts from herbal plants, combined with other modified plant gums, ensuring both excellent water retention and superior penetration.

    2. Suitable for permeation printing processes.

    3. Stable viscosity with excellent shear resistance;

    4. The paste forms quickly and easily, with stable viscosity of the original paste; 
    5. Forms a more transparent film, achieves higher color yield, and delivers richer, more vibrant hues; 
    6. Pseudoplastic rheological properties provide the product with excellent water-holding capacity, resulting in clearer printing outlines. 
    7. The printing paste is soft and highly elastic, ensuring precise printing results without any interruptions or splashing—even under high-temperature conditions.

    II. Usage and Dosage

    XA-SIC® PER P-T/C is used for reactive or disperse dye printing.

    Suitable for rotary, cylinder, flat-screen, and hand-stamping processes.

     

    Recommended original paste recipe:

    XA-SIC® PER P-T/C 5 kg + water 95 kg = original paste 100 kg.

    Slowly add the paste mixture to water while stirring at low speed, then increase the speed and stir vigorously for 30 minutes until a smooth paste is formed. Allow it to sit for 4 hours before use.

    Important note: If the ambient temperature is high, 0.3% to 0.5% of preservative can be added to the original paste.

     

    Storage Stability

    From the date of manufacture, it can be stored for 12 months under dry and sun-protected conditions. Before use, check whether it has clumped together.

     

    Safety Precautions

    Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse for long-term preservation. Once opened, tightly seal the bag to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
