Xuanang Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was established in January 2023. It mainly engages in the research, development, production, and sales of microcrystalline cellulose and biological organic fertilizers. Relying on advanced biochemical technology, the company focuses on the comprehensive utilization of crop waste (straw), aiming to create a model of green circular economy.

The company invested 150 million yuan in the Zhangye Economic Development Zone to build an industrial park. Phase one involves the construction of a project with an annual output of 4,000 tons of printing paste materials. Phase two will expand the capacity of phase one and, using the by-products of phase one as raw materials, will utilize an industry-academia-research-application cooperation system and innovative technologies to produce highly efficient biological organic fertilizers.

Currently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary in Zhangye processes straw using biochemical methods to successfully extract cellulose and chemically modify it to produce high-value-added products widely used in cosmetics and the printing and dyeing industry. Simultaneously, the factory processes the remaining part into biological organic fertilizers, returning them to the land to effectively improve soil quality, prevent secondary salinization, help expand planting areas, and increase crop yields. The entire process is emission-free and pollution-free, representing a vivid practice of green, circular, and sustainable development.

Furthermore, the company is actively expanding the application fields of straw cellulose. Through different chemical modification methods, it extends its use to the food, pharmaceutical, and battery industries, exploring more potential value. In the future, the company plans to start with high-purity straw cellulose, biochemically converting it into C6 sugars, further fermenting it into L-lactic acid, and obtaining high-purity L-lactic acid monomers through chiral separation to enter the polylactic acid industry and become a high-quality raw material supplier.

The company aims to use its own technology to efficiently and safely return agricultural waste to the land, improve the soil environment, and curb soil salinization. At the same time, it makes full use of the extracted high-value-added raw materials for chemical modification, promoting multi-industry applications, and ensuring that the project can operate sustainably and stably without government subsidies, contributing to the resource utilization of agricultural waste and the development of green industries.
