Li Rui Investigates Industrial Enterprises and Project Construction

Ganzhou Rongmei News (Reporters Zheng Wang and Wang Jian) On April 15, Li Rui, Secretary of the District Committee, emphasized the importance of adhering to the concept of "grasping projects is grasping development, and grasping development must grasp projects" during an investigation of industrial enterprises and project construction. He stressed the need to accelerate project construction, improve services, and strive to create a new engine for economic development. District leaders Zhang Yong, Wang Guodong of Zhangye Economic Development Zone, and heads of relevant district departments participated.

At the Meike Chemical's 570,000-ton annual output of potassium-based agricultural chemicals and downstream industrial chain project site, Li Rui listened attentively to the project progress report, inquired about current problems, and discussed solutions with relevant departments and project leaders. He stressed the importance of attaching great importance to project construction, taking the initiative, providing proactive services, understanding the development needs of enterprises, and assisting enterprises in expediting procedures such as energy assessment, environmental impact assessment, and safety assessment. The goal is to provide comprehensive services for project construction and enterprise development, improving administrative efficiency to ensure projects are completed, reach production capacity, and achieve results as soon as possible.

At Zhangye Xuanang Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhangye Jinshuo Chemical Co., Ltd., Li Rui visited the production workshops, talked with enterprise leaders, and learned about raw material supply, product development, and market sales. He encouraged enterprises to adhere to innovation-driven development, strengthen key core technology research and development, actively promote process upgrades, equipment updates, and technological innovation, expand markets, extend industrial chains, and promote enterprise improvement and industrial upgrading. He emphasized the importance of strictly implementing the "six must-visit" and "package-grasping and liaison" systems, making full use of various preferential policies for enterprises, actively opening up channels for bank-enterprise docking, accurately responding to enterprise financing needs, and continuously optimizing the business environment to empower high-quality economic development in the district.

During the visit, Li Rui and his entourage also went to the construction site of the Ganzhou District Sanhe Smart Agriculture Industrial Park project to learn about the project's progress and infrastructure.
